Paul Doolan
Paul was born and grew up in the Republic of Ireland. He attended the University of Groningen in the Netherlands where he received a Masters Degree in History. He has taught in international schools in the Netherlands and for ten years in Japan. He is currently Head of Social Studies at Zurich International School in Switzerland where he teaches Modern History and Philosophy. He lives with his wife, three young daughters and a cat. Always enthusiastic, he says "I love coming to Birmingham twice a year to teach at the CIC!". Paul writes for History Today and other on-line journals and is also a published poet.

Kezia Tobin
Kezia was born in Germany and grew up in Japan. She now works in London as an immigration barrister. Before that she worked for several years as an immigration and asylum caseworker at the Refugee Legal Centre and Bail for Immigration Detainees (BID). Prior to pursuing a career in law Kezia worked in Brussels at the European Parliament and for two European NGO lobby groups. She teaches the module on International Rights and Responsibilities, a field that she has long been passionate about. Kezia has travelled widely and in her spare time she enjoys organising treasure hunts, rock climbing and baking.

Dr. Mark McLellan
Mark is an environmental and social assessment consultant, campaigner and scientist. He is currently a Project Director at Artelia, an international engineering consultancy, based in France. In his early career he was a research biologist. He then worked as a scientist for Greenpeace on a number of environmental campaigns. Moving to the private sector, he established an ecological consultancy and a specialist environmental consultancy dealing with aviation. Mark has been involved with teaching and facilitation throughout his career, having been an occasional lecturer at a number of UK universities. He has been involved with CIC since its establishment, teaching Environment and Sustainability. In his spare time Mark writes and has self-published several novels.
